Perhaps, by reading these reviews, every single person that enters this pizza restaurant knows in advance that thin crust at this establishment means ritz cracker thin and toppings are only what that base can bear. Anyhow I love pizza. And there’s no such thing as a bad one. That said they are all the same size, medium at any other place, and all $17 or $18. This is by far the greatest pizza pub in the DFW area. It has been going strong since 2006 and has never veered from its original quality and exceptional service! The menu is by far the best and balanced with perfection with each item. They have a monthly menu with a carefully thought-out pizza as well as salad that can 't be beat. Should you be a Business As Usual guest, you 'll be fine. Eat inside or on the patio and enjoy your time meeting friends and family while you 're there. The staff is top-notch! My favorite server, Ashley, has been there forever! She has the best personality and makes outstanding suggestions every time. She listens and offers alternative items on the menu and never hesitates to let you know they can alter to your liking. This establishment never disappoints! All patrons will walk away full and pleasantly satisfied. Thank you Cadillac Pizza Pub for the best years in downtown McKinney!

What a delightful place to eat! Pizza was incredible. The crust was thin, crispy, and the ratio of toppings were perfect.
