I understand that finding staff for restaurants can be challenging, but the employees should be trained by management to provide great service so that customers will return. I am disappointed in the declining quality of the food and the poor service at this restaurant. My salad was served dry without any dressing, and our waiter never returned to check if everything was alright. I had to ask a different waitress for some dressing, but it never came. Eventually, our server brought it out after we had already started eating because we had to leave for an event. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I don't appreciate having to fetch things I need while dining out. It was not even a busy time - we were there at 5:30.
