I grabbed an iced coffee this morning, but it tasted off once I got to work. After my shift, I returned to the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who was extremely kind and understanding. She offered me various solutions to the issue. Mistakes happen, and I find that when the drive-thru line is long, it's often due to the customers, not the staff. Personally, I would never go through a drive-thru and ask for a list of every type of donut available, inquire about how something tastes, or place three separate orders. For that kind of interaction, I think it's better to go inside.
The staff is always friendly, and the donuts are consistently delicious. However, nine times out of ten, my coffee order is incorrect, despite having just three ingredients.
I'm really not sure why it's so difficult to skip the whipped cream, but every time I place an order here—whether it's in-store, through the drive-thru, or as a mobile order—I request no whipped cream, and they always end up adding it anyway. I'm literally asking you to do less work.
