Huey's Ice Cream - McHenry

Beautiful ice business with a small old tyme flair. there is a lot of different icy aromas to choose, with a few unique also. with several other options for toppings and other extras. many seats both inside and outside. a great tasty after a day on the lake or the mountain side.

Large portions and delicious Hershey ice cream! Highly recommend!

We had went in to order soft serve ice cream and when we came in the young women behind the counter that was named Amanda was very rude. The other young lady Alexi was trying to take our order instead she was keep being interrupted by Amanda. There were some cars double parked in the parking lot and that’s what Amanda wanted to focus on instead of taking the order. The young lady is very unprofessional and we will never visit the store again. Please hire better help who is more customer service oriented instead of who you currently have staffed at your establishment.

We had a great experience at this restaurant, with delicious eggs. Although there was too much ice in our drinks, the server returned the 96 cents we wanted to tip him for a drink. He also gave us free spoons and provided excellent service. Most impressive was how quickly he served a large family of 60 people in under 15 minutes.
