The service here was slow and our cups were literally covered in coffee from the lid to the base when they handed it to us. The bathrooms were disgusting and had busted sinks which means you couldn’t wash your handsmeaning the staff here don’t ever wash their hands. It’s just filthy and there was no reason this staff should have run our cups under the coffee dispenser after putting the lids on. But I guess we have to... View all feedback.
I drive very early every weekday morning, and the staff here are always friendly and attentive to the detail.
I visit this café every day for its great coffee. However, I've noticed that the staff often appear to be more focused on their phones than on their work.
No matter how busy it is, the employees always have a smile on their face. the best dunkin, hands down.
Sweet location right next to 81 between Marathon and Cortland. Give these guys enough business and we might turn this Central New York area into the donut corridor instead of the meth corridor.
This is undoubtedly one of the best Dunkin' locations in the area. Daniel, the man at the register, greeted me warmly and took my order flawlessly. Markus and Brad whipped up my drink and sandwich in no time—less than a minute! They were exceptional. Great job, everyone!
