The Forest Restaurants - Mcdougall

This restaurant is part of the Grand Tappattoo Resort. We went on a Monday night and we sat in a whole section of us. There were two more families in the dining area, but both had whole sections. What made it difficult to track down our server if necessary, how to ask a spoon a third time... . I had pasta, my wife had the turkey sandwich and our son had the grilled cheese. Both had soups. The food was great! We rehearse and were very satisfied. Two stars were subtracted because the hair was found in our menus under the plastic, drink sizes $3 for a pop and it didn't say whether it was refillable, but then you would have to track the server to refill it... and the lack of personal attention. You know, somewhere in the distance where you could fly them down, if necessary. A final mention, we told our server that we were excited about the Roast Beef Special they published on their website. She said it didn't exist...

Great food, great service, nice food on the water best!

There were two other families in the dining area but they both had entire sections as well. Which made it difficult in tracking down our server when necessary like asking for a spoon a third time... . I had pasta, my wife had the turkey sandwich and our son had the grilled cheese.
