Starbucks - McDonough

I know some people are commenting on the slow service, but I go to several Starbucks a week and this one is one of the fastest. They are always nice to me, and while the service is nothing exceptional, they are doing their best. Thank you to all employeesin this SB location.

This location always gets my drink right! I like that they acknowledge you when you walk in and if you have a mobile order they ask what name the order is under. I would say they're pretty efficient too!

My drink was delicious. Haven?t been to this location but the staff, specifically the young guy at the window was very very nice, I?ll definitely stop by here if I?m ever in this town again.

Bottom like: if you are looking for a quick cuppa, go anywhere else. As a regular of Starbucks regardless of my location, this cafe is the bottom of the bottom so far. I have seen cleaner seating areas in inner city stores frequented by large numbers ofhomeless people seeking shelter. All trash receptacles were overflowing. Poorly managed staff. They had a line of carswrapped around the building and threaded through the parking lot blocking traffic. Yet the bariatas were waltzing around behindthe counter gossiping as my app was notifing me my coffee should be ready. Nope my order sticker hadn't even been printedyet. As I'm waiting, 4 other people come up waiting for mobile orders that aren't ready. 10 ore minutes of waiting and Ifinally get my Americano, but at least they got that much right. This location is right off a busy section of freeway in alarger than average town. It is clear that the manager does not understand how to staff for the high volume reasonably expectedthe Sunday of a holiday weekend of travelers balanced against the local after churxh crowds.

People were friendly...I had to wait 10 min for my drinks because of shift change they said. A customer should NEVER be effected by that. Not to mention...I always hate owners that neglect the outside of their business...the bushes at the drive thru are soover grown..they scrape your car. Please trim those! Here again a year later and the bushes are still overgrown and hittingcars. How hard is it to trim those before ya open! Shows the owner doesn?t take pride in their business
