Food was hot when it arrived. My special request was delivered as asked.

Worst service ever!!!! I requested my food online to be delivered. 30 minutes past the time, none showed up and I decided to call and ask about my order. One of managers, a young guy answered the phone and told me that they do not have drivers so they requested one driver from food hub to deliver my food. The driver picked up the food and cancelled the trip on them. Taking my food with him. Worst part... No one from the pizza hut had the decency to called me and tell me about it. No I have a bunch of people hungry and angry in my house!!!

Beware this place will take your money and leave you hungry! Don’t order delivery here unless you enjoy gambling! They are more closed than open but it will always say open online. They will refund you a day or two later but don’t order if your hungry.

Favorite Pizza Hut location in Henry county!! Malik is always a joy too talk too when I order my food. ??

I'm only giving 1 star due to posting this review. My co-worker and I ordered the meat lover pizza melt which was very disappointing. 1. Our sauce was MIA, 2. The crust was hard. I was especially excited about this meal due to the commercial, but it was such a great disappointment ?. Because we only have 30 minutes for lunch, we had no choice but to eat that mess. But rest assured, we will never ever, ever ever order from this pizza hut again.
