Moe's Southwest Grill - McDonough

The staff was very friendly, but it seemed like they got overwhelmed quickly. They forgot to bring my bowl of queso, and when I asked for it, they gave me a cup instead of a bowl. I didn't notice this until I got home. The food was excellent, but my last visit was frustrating. Additionally, their card reader is quite sensitive and struggles to read chips that are even slightly worn.

We didn’t receive the usual "Welcome to Moe's!" greeting, which was disappointing. The staff seemed worn out, and the floors and tables were messy, covered in food and trash. True, we arrived toward the end of the Sunday lunch rush, but it was still off-putting. The food itself was decent, typical of Moe's. It's not authentic Mexican cuisine, but definitely an improvement over Taco Bell and fast food burgers.

My husband ordered the homewrecker burrito while I had the nachos, and both were absolutely delicious. Moe's consistently uses the best fresh ingredients, and this location was no exception. The service was also great and fast.

Food was great and we did the app order and food was on time and hot thanks.

Steak bowl was fantastic. Dining room still closed, but patio seating available.
