Domino's Pizza - McDonough

I'm usually a big fan of Domino's and I always tip well, but the staff at this location definitely needs better training in customer service. I placed an order over the phone and was assured that a particular reward code could be redeemed in-store. However, when I arrived, I was informed that it couldn't be used. When I spoke to the manager, who seemed quite bewildered, he told me, "There's nothing I can do" and suggested that I cancel my order and have it delivered instead to use the code. The first rule of customer service is that if your company makes a mistake, you should fix it!

Every time I visit, my order is delivered straight to my car. After a long day at work, that's such a delightful experience! Plus, the staff who bring out my food are always incredibly friendly. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here!

This restaurant is amazing! The staff is courteous, and the service is lightning-fast. I ordered online, and my food was ready for pickup by the time I got there. I live just ten minutes away, and even with two people ahead of me, the service was impressively quick. I can genuinely say it's much faster than going to another popular pizza place where their "hot and ready" pizzas are seldom available, and even when you do get your order in a reasonable time, it's often undercooked. Great job, Domino's! Keep up the fantastic work!

I ordered some specialty boneless wings and a Caesar salad with a Sprite the other day. The delivery was quite prompt. The boneless wings were tasty, and the salad came pre-packaged with plenty of dressing.

I moved to the area about a month ago and have already ordered from this Domino's four or five times. Adjusting has been a bit challenging since I didn't know anyone or the neighborhood, but it has been a great comfort to rely on my favorite meals. Thank you for being so consistent!
