Cheddar - McDonough

First time in awhile to stop for food. Ordered off the lunch menu. Ordered the Not your Mama's meatloaf and I can tell you this. No it wasn't !! This was horrible for meatloaf. I can cook and my meatloaf tastes 100% better. Maybe they need my recipe. Garden salad was great as was the waiter!!

The drinks, the meal, the sweet buttery croissants were divines. Superb flavors and atmosphere. Everyone was smiling.

Tonight at cheddar on jonesboro rd. it was said that there are 30 to 45 minutes waiting, but we could eat at the bar or a high table in the bar. sate on a high peak and after about 15 minutes, told us a customer that they had 30 minutes sitting and never seen a server. my man went forward and was then told that we had to sit on the bar to be served, but there are no empty seats. Just as 2 seats were available, the host came in and told us he could sit on a table. we sat down and gave us menus, but we sat there for another 15 minutes, and not one ever room! we went out and someone the next table said I don't blame you.

We were not in cheddars for over a year because of an earlier bad experience. we were very satisfied with the eating and the server. When we arrived, they said it was a 45-minute waiting time and it took only 35. the dinge were a bit slow, but our server javara was very good. we ordered the trio appetizer that was good. the croissant rolls with honey butter were delicious. items ordered for dinner were monte cristo sandwich, chicken pliers meal, cheeseburger, steak, alfredo with huhn and land roasted steak meal. all were very good and properly cooked. my only disappointment was on the new menu that they don't have wobble rings. after this visit we go back.

My family I ate at this place hundreds of times. this time I wanted to try something else, ordered the speck cheeseburger. it was delicious! the meat was seasoned to perfection. this place never disappointed!
