American Wings Cajun Seafood

The Food was great and the service was fast, however I took off 2 stars because I was looking at thier menu online to meet an order. The online price was advertised $4.50 less than the actual price and I was told the prices online were incorrect. Well we all know if you advertise a price, then that's the price, but I was told they haven't had time to redo they online prices and side fault is that. So, I cancelled my order because the pricing was incorrect and to high. Do you know they called me right back after hanging up and told me I could not cancel my order. WTH?????

Wow. I tried the honey lemon pepper wings and the regular lemon pepper wings and I absolutely love this place. The cheese wontons and fried rice were also delicious. If you're still reading this review, you definitely need to try something from this restaurant.

I always receive excellent service at this restaurant, especially from the lady in the purple shirt. She is very kind, especially when treated with patience and respect. If you speak to her rudely, she will match your energy, which is not considered good customer service. If a customer comes in without a mask, she will politely remind them of the rules. The food is always fresh and ready for pickup when I arrive. I have never had any complaints and always end up coming back for more.

I have visited this restaurant twice and both times the customer service was terrible. The woman working in the front is rude and mean. I will never return and suggest you do not waste your money here. The food is nothing to write home about and the service is pathetic. At both visits, I spent over $30 on a seafood bag. When I asked for extra butter, the woman in the front responded rudely and said I would have to pay for it as if I wasn't even there. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. Save yourself time and money and go to the Subway next door instead.

The customer service is terrible. the mother of the crew older woman) has taught the younger her bad way. they're all terrible. like to speak, but they will see in their face and say nothing. I'm going to them because they were so close, but I'm going to take the drive and go to other places where they're being disgusting.
