We have been getting cheese sticks here for about four months, every Tuesday or every other. Tonight when we opened the bag only 3 sticks had cheese on them, all were dry and hard. My husband took them back for a redo or refund and was told per corporate all cheese sticks are going to look like that from now on. They remade them and again only the 3 middle sticks had cheese. We have been getting cheese sticks here for about four months, every Tuesday or every other. Tonight when we opened the bag only 3 sticks had cheese on them, all were dry and hard. My husband took them back for a redo or refund and was told per corporate all cheese sticks are going to look like that from now on. They remade them and again only the 3 middle sticks had cheese. The two outter ones were almost completely void of cheese. The manager reitterated that's how corporate is forcing them to do it now. We get cheese sticks from other locations and none of them leave 2 sticks per order dry, so not sure why she's blaming corporate. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
On hold for 25 minutes and never got answered.
