Unfortunat... read more I frequently enjoy a Vanilla Protein Velvet Iced Coffee in my hometown of New Orleans. I have also purchased it regularly in Hammond and Ponchatoula. Unfortunately, this particular location served me a subpar drink not once, but twice. I also tried a Vanilla Latte and found it to be equally disappointing - bland, lacking in sweetness, and tasting like dishwater. I was incredibly disappointed and felt that the prices were not justified for the poor quality of the drinks. I would prefer gas station coffee over this experience.

The only reason I would give them 4 stars is that their drive-thru intercom has been out of order for a while, causing the line to move a bit slowly. However, this issue is not the fault of the staff, who continue to do a good job despite the inconvenience. Overall, I still believe that this place deserves a 5-star rating for its exceptional customer service and quality.

I went in expecting an average semi-sweet coffee, and i was going to be grateful for it. but when i told the staff i prefer a little coffee with my cream, they... read more I went in expecting an average semi-sweet coffee, and i was going to be grateful for it. but when i told the staff i prefer a little coffee with my cream, they went above and beyond. they have curated the absolute perfect warm beverage. it made my worries melt away, it healed me. it made me want to mow people?s lawns for free, buy someone?s groceries, wish a distant aunt happy birthday. it was life changing. the staff was incredibly friendly and service was fast! i think the girl?s name was Emma who made my drink. Emma, if i had any life savings, i would give them to you.

But then she put whipped cream on top.... I thought it was hilarious. I was almost half way finished when I realized it. I'm certainif I would have notified them of their mistake they would have fixed it but smh it took ALLOT for me to drink that sapsucker toalmost half smh. I did NOT want them to give me another one of them mugs and end up starting over ????. Tbh I was glad I had anexcuse to quit. It's not a bad drink it just wasn't the one for me. My family enjoyed their drinks. This was my 1st time. Definitely going back
