I typically only write five-star reviews, but I had to share this experience so the owner is aware. The restaurant's system was down, resulting in no ability to prepare food. It's disappointing that their staff seemed unconcerned, didn't apologize, and showed little care for their customers. It's difficult to see how they can make a profit when unable to serve food due to technical issues.
I tried the turkey slider, buffalo chicken slider, and premium nuggets at this restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also tried the apple pie, which was best when warmed up.
The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious.
The Good Burger 2 meal was exceptional. The ingredients were fresh and delicious.
