Excellent food and service
My grandfather, in his 70's, was stood up on a date and spent hours at Applebee's. He mentioned meeting a host named Rose, who he described as beautiful, kind, and patient. He was impressed by her good spirit and positive attitude, saying he had never met anyone her age with such qualities. They talked for at least an hour, and he spoke highly of her to me. Intrigued, I went to the restaurant to meet Rose, and found her to be exactly as my grandfather had described. She was courteous and even helped me with menu choices. She truly deserves recognition for her exceptional service, and I hope she is appreciated for her hard work. It's rare to find a young, open-minded person like her, and even my friends and family who have met her agree that she deserves a raise!
I want to brag on our server Tamerio at McComb, MS restaurant. Very attentive! He took care of us in a timely manner. We never had to flag him down to ask for a refill! Not to mention I observed his behavior towards the surroundings tables. He kept them satisfied as well!! Nice respectful young man! Keep up the good work. Management should be proud! But hey I've never had a bad experience at the McComb restaurant!
Service is mostly very good at this location and the food as well. We enjoy our regular visits to this location.
I've lived here for 6 months now I feel like I have eaten at every restaurant in town. Up until today I have been so disappointed in the service food along with the price of subpar restaurants. Today I gave Applebee's a shot I have nothing but positive feedback. From being surprised that the door was open as I walked up, to asking for a booth seat being a single person. Dominique was my waitress she hit it out the park! She was very attentive, did not rush me to order brought what I asked for. The food was the best I've eaten in this town. Had the ribs, loaded mashed potatoes coleslaw. Other restaurant could learn from her as far as what service is! Thank you for a very enjoyable dining experience, I will be returning again.
