Was Maren Atkin at A&W a mag?
A nice little spot off the freeway. We were in town for a Marsh Valley sporting event and came here to eat afterward. The food was great. And we were served by a very welcoming server. She was also very understanding of my toddler; when she brought out the sucker, she spelled it for me so my daughter didn't hear. A wonderful experience!! What AK H dislikes about A&W:
The restaurant doesn't open until 11, so they really need to update their hours on Google. I guess I’ll eat at the next exit instead. It’s located inside a gas station, and when I went in to check if they were open, there was no information posted at the drive-thru. No one acknowledged me while I was there. I did get a sort of unexpected car wash from the leaking swamp cooler, which sprayed water everywhere. View all feedback.
Have been through this location driving truck for the last few years. Have never had an issue until this trip! Online, on the doors, ect. It has their hours listed until 9:00pm. Wrll, this is a lie! Apparently they now close at 7:00pm apparently. I walked in at 7:00, used the restroom, walked up to the counter at 7:02pm to be greeted by the rudest employee's I have ever met! They barked we close at 7, I replied with well you need to change Google and all of your signs! Basically got the not my job reply. Worst service I have ever had in an A&W or Taco Time! Listen, I am along with others a truck driver. It seems like every single day another place has no food to offer!
I stopped to go through the drive through real fast on my way home to Idaho Falls. The cashier who took my my order was very curt and I sat at the drive through window for 15 min before someone checked in. The employees then proceeded to give me the incorrect order and ask me if I had really been charged for my food. Very rude. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
I just came through real quick. The cashier was very nice. I got the 3 piece cod and it was well cooked. I wasn't paying attention to time since I was looking for snacks buy it was for sure less than 15 minutes. Fries and coleslaw were nice sides. Flies everywhere. You could tell it had been a very long time since the trash had been taken out. The chicken smelled strange and tasted awful. I took one bite and could not stomach another. Very much wondering when the last time this place had a health inspection. It's a shame because I used to love A&W. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
