They are rude employees sitting on the floor by the drive-thru window on there phones giving out incorrectly orders then gets an atuttied when asked about it wouldn't recommend this location

I stopped this McCalla KFC location. I waited in the drive-thru frm 10:52 until after 11am when the sign on the intercom said they opened. During this time, other vehicles came behind us. I saw an employee attempting to be let in the building the backdoor. After no one responded, I drove around to the window. The same female employee was still waiting outside the side door tobe let in; we could see another older female inside she saw us. She finally let the employee in. After a while, the olderwoman came to window said they weren't open yet in a irritated tone. I asked the time would they open. She said at 11. It wasafter 11!?! She had a horrible attitude. She said it would be 5 mins, that they had problems with the system, that I couldn'twait there I had to get back in line. I explained that I'd been there already waiting in line until after 11am. She raised hervoice as if she was chastising a child. I requested her name, MARILYN, we left. My family member said she had a similarencounter with this unprofessional, nasty attitude person in the past. Perhaps she needs a new career that doesn't involvecustomer interaction.
