I understood they were very busy when I went in however the cashier said the wait would be around 20-25 minutes (I order 5 peice tenders with vegies). I didn't mind the wait but after 30 minutes I kindly asked the cashier if myorder was ready, since it wasn't she said it would be just a little while longer. So after an hour of placing the order itfinally came out, I never check my bags if the food was correct but I decided that it was a long wait and I didn't want anythingwrong with my order. After checking my food it looked terrible and above all it was cold. I asked to talk with a manager andasked for a refund which she was quick to do. It was very rude.

We had placed a takeout order, but since our apartment was being sprayed for bugs, I asked if we could eat inside instead. The cashier was incredibly kind and immediately said yes, mentioning, "I understand, I live in apartments too." We sat down, and she personally brought our online order to the table, complete with plates, cutlery, and cups. I was touched by her thoughtfulness. When I asked for extra napkins, instead of pointing me to the dispenser, she kindly fetched some for us. My husband said it was the best service we’ve experienced in a long time at any restaurant. She wasn’t rushed and maintained a wonderfully positive attitude throughout. My husband has a service dog, a 70-pound lab, and unfortunately, we’ve faced discrimination at other places. Often, they seat us in obscure spots or on the patio. This Wingstop didn’t question us at all; they were genuinely proud to serve a veteran and his companion. Even the cook came out to check if everything was okay. We were pleasantly surprised by everyone’s kindness, and the food was excellent. We even took some home for a midnight snack. We’ll definitely be returning soon. Thank you, Wingstop!
