The cashier was so kind she said yes of... read more This Wing stop is fabulous. We ordered to go but our apt was being sprayed for bugs. So I asked if we could just eat in. The cashier was so kind she said yes of course. She’s stated “I understand I live in apartments too.” We sat down and she brought out our online order in a bag with plates, cutlery and cups in her hand. I thought how kind was it that she brought our order straight to our table including table ware and the cups. I asked her for extra napkins. Instead of showing me where the napkin dispenser was she went and grabbed some napkins for us. My husband said this was the best service we have ever had in a long time at any restaurant. She wasn’t rushed and had a great positive attitude. You see my husband is ill and always has his service dog ‍

After speaking to Brian and not only receiving a refund right after the purchase, he and his GM from Edinburg, Phylicia, wanted to make it right. A replacement order. I can honestly say, that my opinion mattered and that their apologies are sincere. I recommend, based upon the fact that the order was correct, the apology is sincere and the food was very good, despite our having to drive nearly 1-hour home. Great Job! We recommend!

I understood they were very busy when I went in however the cashier said the wait would be around 20-25 minutes (I order 5 peice tenders with vegies). I didn't mind the wait but after 30 minutes I kindly asked the cashier if myorder was ready, since it wasn't she said it would be just a little while longer. So after an hour of placing the order itfinally came out, I never check my bags if the food was correct but I decided that it was a long wait and I didn't want anythingwrong with my order. After checking my food it looked terrible and above all it was cold. I asked to talk with a manager andasked for a refund which she was quick to do. Cold food Cashiers payed little attention to my concerns Food lookedunappetizing Very Long wait for a small order I usually have very good service at wing stop and my food is always fresh buttoday was just not a good experience.
