I really enjoy Whataburger. Everyone makes mistakes and it's understandable. I went through the drive-thru around noon and placed an order.
Heavily staffed, yet difficult to get attention. Most employees seemed to stay in their zone. One girl passed by me three times, looking down at my empty coffee cup; but as soon as someone approached to order, she was right there for them. I wonder if it's not the new corporate structure; NOT the same family-owned atmosphere!
So disappointed... They 've changed the bun on the Breakfast on a Bun (BOB) and the sausage has more sage than before. It 's no longer the Texas Tradition for breakfast anymore... So sad... After so many years
First of all, I love Whataburger. We are all human and make mistakes. I went through the drive thru at lunch and ordered a #2 double with cheese. Expecting it to be correct, I drove 20 mins to work. Opened the bag and had a single patty, no cheese. Contacted the restaurant just to let them know and the manager was very nice and said to keep my receipt and they would make it up. He continued to apologize. That is great customer service. I will update my review next time I visit this location. Up
