The food garners varied opinions; highlights include flavorful Cajun dishes and enjoyable daily specials, but some find the offerings bland or overpriced. Live music adds a lively touch, though can overwhelm conversations. Service quality fluctuates, with several diners praising attentive staff while others lament delays. Despite its drawbacks, many express a desire to return, drawn by the promise of good food and a lively ambiance, though improvements are needed for a consistently satisfying experience.
We've visited this quarter twice. both were to brunch on Sunday and we had both great experiences. the restaurant has never been.
I came here because I came here to get brunch. surprisingly there were not many possibilities in the opposite.
Eating is moderate and service is terrible. the waiter spent most of the time at the chitchat and was not attentive, had to ask him for drinks several times.
I had a great time at this restaurant! We often visit after going to London's. The service is excellent and the music is always great. The fried alligator is incredibly tasty. Highly recommend!
I went to have an early dinner on Taco Tuesday. I had read some reviews beforehand. I tipped the waiter $2 before we even started and had no problems. There was a great mix of people there, including business suits and people coming in after work for a drink, families with kids, college students, and Mississippi oil field workers. I ended up going back with my mom and we were impressed with the silverware, plates, and table service - it couldn't be beat. The tacos were good and everyone I asked seemed to love their food. I will definitely be back. On the receipt, both servers were listed as excellent.
