What Dalia Rios doesn't like about Siempre Natural 'south 10th ':
They are always very rude and stitchy with their crackers, dressing and cups. This place makes enough money, no need to act like that. Also, no Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke (Diet Zero) is not the same. The actual regular cup size is small compared to other places. Fake Lemonade. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Support a small business. View all feedback.

Great customer service, very close to the McAllen Medical Center.
For me this restaurant screams healthy. the salads are always fresh, staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. During lunch time it gets really full, so I would recommend getting there a little earlier. Overall it is a great restaurant and the food is delicious.
