read moreSaltwater Grill, located in Galveston, is a long-standing establishment that recently updated its menu with new offerings while still maintaining its classic favorites. Dishes like the grilled redfish and Shanghai Delight have received high praise from diners for their flavor and preparation. However, some guests have noted minor issues with service and temperature of certain dishes. Despite these criticisms, Saltwater Grill remains a popular choice for those seeking a unique dining experience with a diverse menu. The restaurant's commitment to using local ingredients and rotating their menu seasonally adds to its appeal for diners in the area. Overall, Saltwater Grill offers a blend of upscale dining with a welcoming Texas charm that keeps patrons coming back for more.
