She apologized and s... read more Made a reservation and table wasn’t ready. Then they seated us in a dirty table with dirty plates. Waitress even placed down dirty napkins. She apologized and said she would get some clean ones. Her ponytail was so high on her head that her hair was all over her face. Food was dry, bland, and warm, at best. This seems to be becoming the norm for this’d restaurant.

Chang's Pei Wei and Pei Wei are both owned by the same parent company, but I would argue that Pei Wei is superior and more affordable. The meal I had was only okay. I was disappointed given the cost. Furthermore, I am disappointed that Pei Wei is no longer available in the area.
