Mcdonald's - McAllen

The staff at this McDonalds were extremely friendly and accommodating. It is the best McDonalds I have ever visited.

I was initially disappointed with this restaurant as they unexpectedly closed at 10pm without any advanced notice, despite Google indicating they were open 24 hours. I missed picking up my Curbside order that night. Fortunately, when I returned a few days later, Juan, who I believe was the supervisor, was incredibly helpful. He apologized for the inconvenience and honored my entire order that had been missed. Thanks to employees like him, I decided to continue supporting this restaurant instead of taking my business elsewhere.

So I would originally have 1 star because of the fact that they now close at 10 o'clock and had no announcement anywhere, even if google says 24hrs. I was not able to get my Curbside order in this night, but fortunately went back a few days later and juan, I think was the superior name, was great he apologised for the inconvenience and honored my whole order that was not given to me in this night. if it wasn't for employees like him, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

To say something is old is not a good excuse, the place could be cleaner. the manager was nice, the server was just not in now when they know what I mean. on the manager side he can only work with the tools that the owner gave him. he was kind and continues to do a good job with what he has. I assume the maintenance is controlled by the dollars of franchisees. a simple order. bathroom need attention simple maintenance would simply not solve any excuse will not stop at this mcdonald’s again

I work close and usually go to this mcdonald’s, and yet literally every time I order the fritten are uneatable.
