Hooters - McAllen

The food at this restaurant was quite enjoyable, especially the wings. The birthday songs they sing are entertaining as well. My only disappointment was that the male servers do not wear cheeky uniforms.

I had a terrible experience last night at the restaurant. The food was delicious, but our waitress was nowhere to be found. We were hoping that "Jacinda" would still be there, as she was excellent. Our only suggestion for our waitress is to pay more attention to the patrons. It would have been a much better tip.

Nice young waitress, good food. I order 10 chicken wings and 1/2 pounds shrimp an d 2 tall draft beer , then when I wanted order another beer,management informed me- no more beer- limit 2 beers, after then I said thank you and not more visit Hoters!!! Only Buffalo Wild Wings!!! More different drafts beer!!! In Hooters never European Beer in stock! For me 2 tall beer same 2 shots vodka, my weight 300 pounds. I advise not to visit Hooters- why should you feel discriminated against! More better going To Buffalo Wild Wings!!! Thank you for watching review!!!

Been here several times every time I swear it's the last. It's just way too corporate. They give you a water after your first beer. They try to force food merchandise on you. Any little thing that apparently offends the staff is grounds to be kicked out. I've never been kicked out but I've seen it several times. The food isn't even that great. Go to Ojos Locos where you don't have to walk on eggshells can be yourself freely have a good time.

My daughter and I waited for 41 minutes before we decided to leave as we never received our food. Our waitress was friendly but seemed more focused on taking care of larger parties. As we walked out, the floor manager only offered a brief apology. I left $6 to cover the cost of our drinks. We were very disappointed with the lack of attention and service. It is disappointing to see such disorganization in a restaurant where all customers should be treated equally, regardless of party size.
