My problem is, lately, my go to loaf of Ru... read more I've been visiting Breadsmith on a weekly basis for quite a while now.(years) The staff and products are outstanding. My problem is, lately, my go to loaf of Rustic Italian bread has been inconsistent in it's freshness. Some days, I pick up a loaf that stays fresh for 3-4 days, unlike other times when I pick up a loaf which start to stale the next morning. I bought a loaf yesterday that I can no longer use to make sandwiches. Money down the drain. It wasn't always like this. Stay fresh!
