We ordered the Thai bowl (vegan) and the Third Street bowl (non-vegan). The staff was unable to provide information on the vegan options on the menu. When we received our food, we found that there were no forks at the utensil station. Upon requesting forks, we were informed that we would have to wash some or use plastic ones. The food itself was decent, but for the price, I would prefer to dine somewhere with more friendly staff.
I have visited Local Flow several times when I am in Mac visiting family. The vegan dishes are tasty and well worth the price. It's a fantastic place to eat in a town that lacks many vegan options.
Compared to most places selling juices etc this place is great value for money
Everything was fresh. Great while on vacation without a kitchen.
