I'm hopeful that can resolve the minor issues stated here?? I had gone to pick up a group order for my co workers, and I was going because I wanted to order three smoothies in person. I waited in line for at least 7 minutes, saw multiple smoothies on the tables in the cafe being drank by customers, but when I asked for three Very Verde smoothies, they said the machine was broken. It seemed awfully convenient that the smoothie machine was broken when they were very busy. And why wasn't there a sign? Something to let me know I shouldn't wait in line. Regardless of how busy it is, I only went to pick up the order so I could order my smoothie, but ended up leaving with nothing for myself or my two coworkers who also wanted a smoothie. I tried to call ahead of time to ask if the machine was working, maybe place the order on the phone for the smoothies but they didn't answer their phones, and imo, they might as well disconnect the phone lines because I've tried calling in the past with no luck on getting an answer! So I wasted my time and my gas just to be rushed away. It should NOT be that way. I am very disappointed with the customer service.
