**Dining Experience at Lakeside Grill: A Mixed Bag**
Lakeside Grill offers a delightful atmosphere, especially when dining on the patio overlooking the scenic lake and golf course. While many patrons rave about the delicious and generously portioned dishes, such as pizzas, breakfast burritos, and grilled shrimp, some have reported long wait times for their meals and cocktails. Service is generally friendly and accommodating; however, issues persist, notably with certain food preparations, such as tough chicken, which have yet to be addressed by management. Despite these drawbacks, the blend of tasty cuisine and beautiful views keeps guests eager to return.

The pork chop and duck were both exquisite! The staff is very friendly and puts in a lot of effort to create a fantastic dining experience for everyone.
What a lovely day to enjoy lunch on the patio! I savored a dozen extra-large shrimp, flawlessly grilled and served on a bed of fresh greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers, all topped with a delicious house-made dressing. The iced tea was cool and refreshingly smooth, without any bitterness. My husband chose a hearty Reuben sandwich, grilled just right and full of flavor. The picturesque view of the lake and golf course made for a perfect setting, and the service was, as usual, outstanding. The only drawback was having to leave and return to work!
Our server was incredibly friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable. However, I can't give a higher rating due to two main issues. First, I ordered the garlic chicken, which had a great flavor, but the chicken itself was so tough that I couldn’t chew it and ended up not finishing the dish. Second, when I mentioned this to our server, she said there have been many complaints about the chicken’s toughness. It was surprising that despite this being a known issue, nothing had been done to correct it, nor were we offered any apology or compensation by management. Instead, management only instructed us to exit around the building with my friend’s service dog, which felt like a communication problem between management and customers. The meal was fairly priced and we might have spent more if we’d been able to order drinks, but we only learned about the private liquor license after being seated.
Great service and a pleasant atmosphere. The drinks could have been a little stronger, if you know what I mean, but aside from that, it’s a reliable spot for a meal.
