The strozze prete cacio pepe was to die for, a simple dish but I know we’ll be trying to imitate it for a long time. Welcoming and friendly. Service a bit slow because of the association eating but if we had ate more it could have been an uncomfortable night. Recommended. View all feedback.
What Jole Bianchi doesn't like about I Tre Monti:
For an local rural restaurant, it was average. The ravioli did not taste fresh (the pasta was chewy), the diavolo was just a heap of dry peperoncino thrown on the food. you can find better.... View all feedback.

It was already 14.20, so we stopped here for lunch before entering into the truly medieval Calcata. The people inside seemed to be a mix of locals and tourists. Almost as quickly as we ordered our food, the plates were being delivered to us. I had the fettucine with ragu, and my boyfriend had the pasta with mushrooms and sausage. Both plates were great, as was the house wine and table bread. I will say, however, I did ask for no cheese , and mine came out with parmesan on it. For a second, we also shared a pork shop that was very juicy and flavorful. In the end, the bill was reasonable 35 Euro for all everything. It was warm inside and were able to get right on our way after!
