Roy's is a nice cozy place near the end of Cerritos, open air, hip Mexican decore, with great food at very affordable prices. Beer and drinks, too. Last time I was there, I ordered the shrimp daily special and the waitress recommended that I splurge an extra 20 pesos on the oversized shrimp-good advice! View all feedback.
