We stopped here at the end of our trolley tour and are so happy that we stayed for lunch. they have the choice to eat on the terrace or in the interior. the prospects are spectacular and the brise was a joy. service here was very friendly and. definitiw guacamole for the chips order. best mango margarita it was so delicious and great tequila dishes. I liked that huh. my man enjoyed the garnel as well as the whip, he said it was very tasty and fresh. he was very happy.
We were on a pronatours guide. what a proper journey. our leader was hazel and her sister. she knows what she does. a bit English, but she knows it! and every time she gets to know the English! sh brought us to...Roca mar to lunch. excellent! we had the garnel! excellent! I would go back!
We stopped there for lunch after the city tour which is free and worth taking. Several people at our hotel had been here for dinner and raved about the Rocky Shrimp so we were excited when this was the tours lunch destination. The margaritas were...good and the cervasas were cold. The service was good too. This place had the best salsa we had in Mexico. Their chips are thin and crisp like our store bought chips, but they were good. We all ordered the Rocky Shrimp. Everyone seemed to really like them. The shrimp were huge! However, I was a little disappointed. I think it was because of all the hype. The kaluha glaze had all soaked into my rice, which was very good, but there was none on my shrimp and the cheese filling seemed like a very small amount of American cheese. The rice was good, the steamed veggies were good as well. If I ever go back to Mazatlan I will try them again but until then I 'll try making my own.
Went with my family for a beautiful sunset dinner. expected to extinguish. best smoked marlin I ever had. the garnel was fresh and excellent. tortillas house made, pacificos cold and margaritas awesome. kellner was fantastic and carmen the owner/Koch amazing
As part of a free sunset city tour we were brought to this picturesque little restaurant directly at the picturesquecon. very reasonable food and drink prices for excellent seafood and all kinds of drinks. modest menu that has a good selection of items. the sea fruits are the pointed notches. I have uploaded photo evidence of the huge 10 inch long garlands. wife and I shared a plate of garnels. Creamed. I had a koks and she had a two-handed margarita. They have an open upper level that is perfect to observe the sun under the horizon. great jewel of a place.
