I'll turn around next month and I've never seen anything like that. perfectly attentive. there are waiters and customers, but if they want a beer, they cannot. even a waiter. where they go is a complete secret. I was waiting for my bill for almost an hour. if they want to see how bad a waiting staff can be this place, is not to miss. I live in mazatlán and I refuse to go to this place.
As a full-time resident of mazatlan, who live near the foot of this restaurant, I have eaten there once or twice with friends alone for their chili rellenos, who are decent. the rest of the menu is quite under-standard and the service is slow. it is not unusual to have to go on looking for their waiter who is in the back to discuss the other employees. some weeks ago we tried to lunch again, but there were no chili rellenos available. a few days ago we were out with friends so the four of us decided to eat there and enjoy the sea breeze. two of us ordered the rellenos and the others ordered another article. five minutes later the waiter returned and informed us that they were back from the rellenos, so we ordered something else. at the end of the meal the waiter brought the bill that I rarely associate. However, I discovered this time when checking that the billing fees for the two orders of chili rellenos, which we originally requested, as well as the meal times we had spent. when I went to the cash register to complain, the waiter was there in a flash to apologize and correct the bill, obviously biased my complaint. my experience has shown me that most bars and restaurants in mazatlan are honest and trustworthy. this place is to be avoided.
The hotel is located above the road from the picturesquecon, this outdoor café is less than average. menu held together with band, making it difficult to read some articles. have ordered chickens, even worse I've ever had. chunks of huh came with stripes of green pfeffer and. swirling on plate with badly cut avocado and pale colored beans. two fajitas were enough for me. others had average tasting tacos.
We were looking for a restaurant that had tables on the Patio along the Malecon and found this nice place that we liked! We had a lunch of Quesadilas and a salad! It came with complimentary nachos and salsa which was very good! The food...was very good and the restaurant had a busy clientele. The service was very good and friendly, efficient staff. Recommend this restaurant for Lunch! Our cervesa appeared as soon as we ordered with a plate of Lime.
Had our first and last lunches here. The food is good and the location along the Malecon is great. The service was good and we enjoyed our meals here.
