El Cielo - Mazatlán

Comida, buenísima.Atención, NEFASTA.Todo tuvimos que pedirlo varias veces. Los platillos no llegaron en tiempo y cuando llegaron, no había cubiertos. La naranjada es artificial.Los meseros discutían entre ellos, en serio, daban una pésima impresión.El baño es HORROROSO.Su baño para mujeres estaba tapado y cuando les avisé, el fulano que parece ser quien cobra, me regañó, diciéndome que seguro le había echado papel. Iba con mi hija de 4 años y, a diferencia del cajero, yo no quería armar una escena frente a ella.Hay muchos lugares en la Plazuela Machado: eviten este, le echó a perder la noche a mi familia.

Seguro hay mejores lugares para comer en la Plaza Machado.El asado a la plaza estaba bueno a secas, pedimos un caldo tlalpeño y el pollo estaba durito. La limonada primero muy dulce y luego muy ácida.La atención bien.Fui a lavarme las manos y hasta afuera de los sanitarios daba el olor a sucio, la cocina está a un lado por lo que da la impresión de poca higiene.

For dinner I sung in cielos, as it had several people eating there and many reservations when I checked in. the service was good at the beginning of the host, but quickly turned. it has to be a false communication between the server and I, what I ordered, is not what I received. even the second time when it came out, it was wrong when the mahi mahi came out salty and fish tasting. the guacamole should be prepared on the table as indicated in the menu as I wanted the experience. now is reflected on my entire culinary experience, this restaurant really on cruise ship tourists, as the next table over ordered quesadillas and nachos.

The price, the presentation and the service is great, but in the last two weeks I have eaten here four times and twice was ill. no wish to return.

Great food and lots of it. Being an English speaker and not knowing much Spanish, I was amazed at how well the server and hostess spoke English. My favorite non alcoholic drink was the strawberry smoothie. It’s not like an American smoothie in any way,...it’s much more refreshing and so much better! My husband loved his margarita!
