I was put on hold for over 40 minutes, which felt more like a test of my patience rather than an effort to take my order. On another occasion, my calls went unanswered despite multiple attempts, and I got disconnected several times. The least they could do is inform customers when they are busy. I would appreciate it if they communicated that, but the way this situation is handled is far from professional. It only takes a moment to let a customer know it's busy and that they can place their order when ready.
