The Whistle Stop - MAYVILLE

I was often on the pipe stop and always enjoyed the food, had great service and found the prices to be very reasonable. You have such a diverse menu from pizza to mexican to seafood. My only criticism is that although they have a very diverse menu, they are still best in standard American dishes such as sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, shrimps, fish and chips and all the breakfasts I believe they serve all day. If you don't know what you have, you can't go wrong with their cookies and Gravy. Their burgers and pommes are also incredible and they have a salad bar that can be added to most orders for a nominal fee. One thing I found is that they are always ready to work with customers to make sure they have a good meal. If you do not like, you are not afraid to tell them they will work to make it right, at least they always have in my experience.

I love you! The food is amazing and the owners and the staff are wonderful! My favourite place to eat!

Joey (Mayville student of Nebraska), Has ok he was polite and knows the appetizers. I asked what this place was known for, he said the "Werks Cheese Steak". It was the best I ever had plus he said that bread is made daily, mmm m m! I hope I can afford to visit again. Robert J Landon

Had great cheeseburger 1/2 lb and very good onion rings. My wife had shrimp which was excellent.
