Customer experiences at this restaurant have been largely disappointing. The management is reportedly unprofessional and disrespectful, impacting both staff and patrons. Operational issues include slow and inefficient service, notably with gas pumps that take an excessive amount of time and frequently run out of common fuel options. Food quality and order accuracy have also fallen short—calls often go unanswered, online orders arrive incomplete or incorrect, and prices feel unjustified for what is served. Overall, these combined factors contribute to a frustrating visit, leaving many customers feeling undervalued and dissatisfied.
No one responds to the phones when you call and when the order has been placed online, they ground the entire order including sending a blt without salad or tomatoes to them, 10.99 for a few whimsy pieces of bacon a bungalow and some onion. No more disappointment, my daughter hates the pizza because they did all pepperoni instead of half cheese.
Went to get my daughter some breakfast pizza on 8/17/19 at 745am and there wasn't any in the warmer. Asked the associate if she had a pizza cooking and she said no but she could make one and it would take about 15 minutes. People don't have time to wait 15 minutes for a slice of pizza before work! Breakfast time and no breakfast pizza doesn't make much sense to me.
It's July 7th 2018 they are currently out of 87 octane, so we decided to just get 89 and it was literally DRIPPING out of the pump. It would taken 30 minutes to get 5 dollars worth so left at 1.18 with a third of a gallon. A gas station should have gas, right? (face palm)
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They never answer the phone when you call, and our online order was a complete disaster. The BLT sandwich we received had no lettuce or tomatoes, just mostly bacon, a bun, and some onion, and it was overpriced at $10.99. I've never felt so let down. To make matters worse, my daughter was unhappy with her pizza because they added pepperoni all over instead of just half cheese as we requested.
Dishonest management.
