Customer service in here is horrible. Came in and stood by the registers for about 5 mins. No one acknowledges me or greets me. No one comes to take my order but they all just stared at me while they work. Customer service in here is horrible. Came in and stood by the registers for about 5 mins. No one acknowledges me or greets me. No one comes to take my order but they all just stared at me while they work. I flagged a worker that was standing there andwhen she comes up to me, I ask her if anyone available to take my order and she points to the kiosks and to order. Now I neverknew they did orders like that cause I barely eat here but maybe their workers instead of just staring maybe could have directedme to do so. Simple courtesy goes a long way
I had a low carb beef power bowl no beans or rice. Added extra lettuce and some queso. It was delicious and filling and the beef was very tender.
Very rude general manager..I placed an online order. By mistake I placed it at Mays landing location. So I called asking them to cancel, so I could place it by my house. The manager first said I should try to cancel it on the app since I placed it on theapp. But since order was already ready for pick up app would not let me cancel. During our Conversation she also mentioned Ishould pick it up since it?s already ready. I told her I am not in area but let me see if I can have someone pick it up. WhenI sent my brother to pickup she told him they threw away the order because I canceled?order was not canceled on app and they didnot honor the paid order. Very rude customer service. I love Taco Bell but would NEVER go to this one!
I ordered 2 hash browns 2 bacon egg and cheese quesadillas. The quesadillas were black (both). I scraped a part of one and ate a slice of one. They did not put the bacon on either. I tried calling. Mailbox full. I went back to the restaurant (15-20 minutedrive) knowing I only had a short time before I had to be at work. I told them as much. I said I wanted my money back. So Ineeded to speak to the manager. Manager was on the line making food but would not meet with me. Her name is Kivanna. 17 minutespassed and I had to leave for work. They have my food and I never got my money back. So now I have to do my whole shift withoutany food and I am out of the money for the order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Please figure out what the heck is wrong with the cinnamon twists. We ordered 4 packs tonight and they were disgusting. They have a strong chemical smell and taste to them. I had to throw them out. 8/6/22 7:17pm order number 318894
