This Starbucks service is terrible, I was able to get my drink within 5 minutes of waiting, but my mom's drink didn't. we waited 20 minutes to get a hot chocolate, and we finally asked where the hot chocolate was, and they didn't even know that we were waiting for a drink. Terrible experience don't go to this Starbucks. ?
Always good coffee and a bright staff. Always getting my drink right. They are a great part of my day.
We used the mobile app and waited 15 longer then the app stated.
Great service, nice employees, delicious coffee frappuccinos.
Slogan is more than coffee and they mean you 'll wait 45 minutes for a black coffee.
