Cheech 2 Go - Mays Landing

I just picked up an order for a “well done” half pepperoni pizza and I got charged $1.50 for well done and the pie wasn’t even well done! I tried calling in to see why I would be charged for this , as it’s the most bizarre thing I’ve ever heard and the counter girl hung up on me!! I called back in she puts me on hold for 10 minutes and tells me Lorenzo the manager is not in, I ask her when he will be returning so I can speak with him and in the background a man says “tell her 9 when we are closed”. What a sad way to run a business with no accountability or integrity . I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

I have gone there ALOT and spent ALOT OF MONEY there.I ordered a cheesesteak (with fries) lettuce, a tomato , motzarella sticks , a side of grilled chicken, and a side of sweet potato fries. The girl like asked me 3 times I had to clarify. Someone called me 5 minutes later and said, Side of grilled chicken and sweet potato fries. I said yes.I got there, and the bag seemed a little light.No regular fries at all. They dumped my grill chicken on top of sweet potato fries, and they were soggy and falling apart. I told them, and the guy actually tried to blame me I did call you to ask. Then the checkout girl had to chime in. You called her, something slick like that.She clearly didn 't write the order correctly.Yes, it was 2 orders of fries, one regular one, sweet potato.They remake the fries and put on regular fries.He comes out HANDS and gives me what I think I 'd the fries an chicken AND tells me next time i order tell them to put the sweet potatoes fries in a paper box so they dont get soggy. Once again, THAT IS COMMON SENSE, WHY DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU . Why would you throw watery hot grilled chicken chicken on top of fries. I leave , get some STILL NO REGULAR FRENCH FRIES. I call, and the checkout girl gets the manager Lorenzo, and he once again blames it ON ME. He told me he was getting it ready, and I left.I asked him why he did not tell me the regular fries were not done? I assumed everything they gave me was the rest of the order. He wanted to argue with me, I said, I just won 't order from you anymore. He said ok and hung up on me.He watched me pack it in my bag and never said one thing.They don 't take accountability. No apology. This has happened multiple times before when I ordered, and I never complained.The checkout girls they hire always get something wrong . I 've spent a lot here and was a regular customer, the disrespectful attitude .Just say I 'm sorry, we got the order wrong, make the fries, and that 's its. The constant trying to blame me somehow when his cashier got it wrong.

I usually order pizza which is really good, hot, and great deal compared to everyone in the area. Today we go lamb tacos delivered and they were impressive. Devoured them. Very fresh the cilantro and scallions were perfect! I'll be ordering that a lot more.

Got a crazy salad and the grilled chicken had ZERO seasoning on it and when I say ZERO I mean ZERO most of the chicken went to my dog. The pineapples definitely came out of a can and a $1.75 for an extra little cup of Cesar is insane! Definitely won’t be getting a salad from them again a waste of $17?‍?
