Sehr schön und es wird viel per Audio erklärt. Probieren kann man die Joghurt mit den verschiedenen Sorten bei der Tour.Erlebnissbauerhof, der in der Tour dabei ist, war auch wunderbar. View all feedback.
What Ronald Naumann doesn't like about Erlebnis Sennerei Zillertal:
I was around the tour in 10 minutes and for 12 euros each thought it was a bit expensive. Food wasn't great either. We got a cheese board which came with one type of horrible bread and a few grapes. Boring View all feedback.
This restaurant lives up to the reviews, the food is very, very good. Let us be clear that this is not a skin kitchen, it is Tyrol, Zillertal fare, but cooked with care and the extensive menu is all with local ingredients and own products. The service is excellent, friendly and attentive to your needs. Quality is high and value for money is excellent! The only light point is the setting immaculately clean, modern, but rather missing atmosphere. Top tip enjoy a glass of cow juice at the “Milch Bar” The place also has guided tours of milk, on 12 euros per person. This includes flavorings, but as we ate it did not seem like a good value.
We visited this restaurant, during a school outing at the dairy farm. The visit was interesting, but we had lunch at the restaurant... and that was a very bad experience. The main waitress, who was taking orders was absolutely not friendly. We did no see her smile once (even to other tables) during the whole time we were at the restaurant. We ordered 2 soups and 2 dumpling plates. We only had 40 minutes to eat, because our bus was leaving shortly. The dumplings arrived quite late, and the soups were forgotten. When I tried to ask the waitress, I said Excuse me , she looked at me and just walked on... very rude I thought. I ended up asking another employee and the brought us the soups a few minutes later. I 'm pretty sure our orders had just been forgotten. The food was not bad, but this particular waitress and her attitude made the whole experience very unpleasant.
We had the snack board which was a delicious selection of cheeses including butter from the dairy, homemade bread and jams. The service was friendly and excellent. I would definitely recommend a stop here. It's was also really cheap for the quality!
First we loved this place. Well presented... clean....well designed...a very warm welcome and a way to learn how the milk system works in this country. In the glorious Alpbach Valley we saw ourselves how the farmers discovered their steep fields by hand in this farm that the Tyrol 'Hay Milk' produces. No 'additives....no silage....just meadow flowers herbs mixed with dry grass for overwintering cattle. That's why the milk yogurts are so delicious and the cheeses are so unique. This milk experience offers headphones and a carefully structured walk around the entire system from cow to butter, cheese yogurts. After completion of the diary there is an open air farm with goats, chickens, cows, etc. Ideal also for the family. At the end of the visit there is a beautiful café (the ice cream) court shop. Very recommended could be easy to miss (it's 5' down in the Zillertal of Mayrhoffen)
