Back here you sit back and have a beer or food whatever and the maple cable car come over the head. as always I have to say that the food is great

Although there were 14 of us, we did not have too much effort to find a massive table to accommodate us all. The children played in the snow and in the nearby play area, while we enjoyed a Gruner Veltliner and a few beers and a few good Craic, on a magnificent Mayrhofen day. I wouldn't say our visit was perfect as one of our children didn't get their chicken salad until all the others were finished, but we enjoyed the food and the staff was very helpful and apologetic. Our bottle Gruner had masses of sediment and lumps in the ground, and although we first said it was normal, someone more senior came out to see our turbid glasses and gave us an additional bottle that we appreciated as the first one might have been corked (if this is possible with a screw stick! . When the pizzas finally arrived, they were excellent between two was absolutely good and the pumice were also delicious with a pepper. This is a perfect place to see how skiers of Black 5 come in their last shot in front of the gondola, and when we did that that run a few hours later, we could see that the restaurant was still popular at about 4.30. Probably no place to come when you're in a hurry, but you can't beat the situation on a good day. We're coming back!
