I have eaten Mexican food in several different states..we found their food to be awesome as well as the only place that gave you a taco stand for your taco so it didn't sit in the other food View all feedback.
What Angela Johnson doesn't like about San Marcos Mexican:
Just walked into San Marcos at 10:05 and said they would have to check and see if the kitchen was still open. If it says open until 11:00 then there should not be a problem when you walk in at 10:05. Daniela is the best! This is a regular spot for us bc of the service, quick serving times, and quality of the food.
Great food; fast and friendly service, though specialty requests tend to get forgotten more often than not. Quality of meats and chips vary quite a bit, but is generally good. I should also note that most recently, when picking up a call-in order to-go, the hostess unpacked my order and carefully checked each item against the receipt to ensure I was getting what I was paying for. That is exceptional and appreciated.
A lot of food to choose from. Very loud but cute decor.
