T... read more We got here around 5:15 on a Wednesday and there was no one here. We almost didn't stop. Glad we did! I got a pulled pork plate with green beans potato salad. The pork was tender smokey, the sides were good. Hubs got the smoked pork steak...it was HUGE...filled the plate all by itself. He said it had really good flavor. He enjoyed the onions rings baked beans, too. The restaurant has a comfortable, homey atmosphere with mismatched plates, actual dining tables scattered among restaurant tables mismatched dining chairs, cookbooks display flowers to add color. I can't, for the life of me, figure out why no one was there. You really should try them out!
