The only time my mo... read more I've had several experiences where I've come in after placing a mobile order 25-30 minutes earlier, only to find that my order wasn't ready. The only time my mobile order has been prepared correctly and on time is when Arianna is working. She's an outstanding employee who really takes care of her customers! The other staff could certainly learn a thing or two from her!

This has been the case ever since the new Dunkin' opened up down the street. Are the employees only putting in minimal effort because they know customers have other options?

Coffee doesn't taste right 4/5 times (like sipping liquid charcoal), and it takes a while.
