40min wait for chicken at 730am, this is fast food not restauraunt food. chips were soggy, huh dry and not nice. also forget a serviette, spoon, clean towel package. useful to have a spoon for kartoffel and gravy.
I've eaten KFC all over the world, and all over Perth. This store is consistently the worst KFC I've been to, even after the recent renovations the service is poor. Staff constantly make mistakes. They don't change their oil often enough as the chicken always comes out a darker shade than it should. It's a pity as this is my local KFC.
By far the worst KFC i have ever been to. The chicken is always dry, orders come out slow and are always stuffed up I used to live around the corner this was on my way home, i tried to blame it on just the staff on the day and not the actual branch but after giving it too many chances it must be poor training and/or upper management. Go to Morley KFC, by far one of the best I've ever been to.
Never been a fan of this outlet, but my grandkids love KFC! I ordered a Zinger, which was not available so gave substitute fries popcorn chicken. I was asked to wait 10 minutes! When i said that the srvice wasn't good enough the young man who served us walked off muttering under his breath. I am not going back, any more!
A staff member a very young kid was emptying the trash from the Bins wearing gloves then Served customers wearing the same gloves i hope the customers that he served don't get food poisoning . Tables was very dirty the staff was busy chatting with each other about the Weekend parties . Took about 5 minutes to be Served .
