Plenty of other places to... read more I know that Dome is what it is but very average experience here this morning. Just warm flat white, waited 15 minutes for the coffee. Plenty of other places to go nearby next time.

Went jetlagged to local dome to read the paper at early start as could not sleep. Read paper but it had no inserts and checking rack none of them did. Asking a... read more Went jetlagged to local dome to read the paper at early start as could not sleep. Read paper but it had no inserts and checking rack none of them did. Asking at counter i was told that as customers keep stealing them they are now witheld and kept out the back then thrown out at the end of the day!! Challenging this crazy policy as punishing and spiteful to loyal and every customer as thieves i was told its policy. I asked would it not be better that the inserts were out and customers got to read them till they slowly vanished over the day so something was achieved but blank stare was response. I asked that as a regular customer who attends daily could i have the inserts as their policy was offensive. I eventually got them delivered and asked to return them to front counter when finished so i am a regular potential thief i guess. I was also then told the other reason the inserts were witheld was customers leave them messy so we are treated like children with... read more

The customer before us was quite difficult & I was impressed in the way the girl at the counter continued to give service with a smile. The interior & exterior of this place is amazing!
