Absolutely horrible customer service ! Stuff of the store was chatting in the back room while customers were waiting in line to pay for their purchase. It seems to me that employees don’t even care . I found some product that was expired and bread had mold on it . I don’t recommend this place

Horrable customer service, not fresh product. Cookies had mold in them and when you notify someone, they say grab different one. Hope FDA will check them!! Not a good place and overpriced.

It had been a long time since the last time I visited this store. This location is much bigger, it seems. Massive selection of Russian and European products.I bought some doctorskaya kolbasa to make Olivier salad. I also bought some Korean carrot salad and french chicken. The former was good, the latter was ok.Now that I know what they have, I can plan accordingly what to make the foods that I miss of my wife.

I had to stop buying cooked stuff from this store because everything always doesnt taste right or its just too old. When I got soup (boursch) it was just pure broth. I was also disapinted with salads, its too greasy and all in either butter or oil. Looks like those who cook/make/bake dont care about the quality of their product or dont know how Russin food/dishes should taste like. Another thing I really hate about this place is that the russians who work there are very impolite and unfriendly to those who dont look like russians. I honestly wouldnt recommend this store at all.

Beware! Do not buy food from here. The food is expired to the point where it STINKS on the very day when you buy it. Another pre-made food we boight had a fish eye and fish fins in it. Very disgusting.
