Pizza Hut - Mayfield Heights

This location has been totally closed for weeks now, but the website, Google maps, doordash, etc says it's still open. Some apps will still even let you place an order here! Update your info people!!!

I ordered fries and instead got mozzarella sticks but i know businesses are short staffed and busy so i ordered fries elsewhere because my 2 year old is picky.. Thank you for a nice dinner have a great holiday season.

Pizza was very good. Staff was very friendly and nice. Was ready on time.

Sunday evening, placed the order via the app, went to pick it up and the store was closed. The OPEN sign was ON but the door was locked and no one inside it. Store should have been Open until 10 and it was 8.37 PM, when I went to pick up my order. I called the store phone number and the customer care transferred the call to the store, I could see the phone just kept ringing. This has happened second time on the Sunday evening.

I can't believe that there are people out there that still eat this pizza.I would not trust a place where the delivery driver sits in his car getting high.
